Job summary

Carolina Therapy Services in Murphy, NC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will work alongside licensed therapists to deliver evidence-based interventions and help patients reach functional goals in a post-acute and long-term care setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling within 6:00 AM–8:00 PM, seven days a week, including weekend PRN options.

Qualifications

• Valid NC COTA license.
• 0-1 year work experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff.
• Support patients in achieving their functional goals and improving quality of life.
