Colonial Manor of Elma is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support and implement therapy programs that help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. Qualifications

• Active Iowa COTA license.
• Experience preferred, but new grads considered.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized OT programs under supervision.
• Help patients regain independence in daily activities through targeted exercises.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes to inform care plans.
