Qualifications

• Must hold State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
• Experience preferred – but we’re also willing to invest in new grads!

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
