Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in SNF/Long-Term Care settings in Illinois. You will provide OT services under supervision, help implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
