Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our SNF and long-term care team in a full-time role. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision and help implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA when required by state.
• Current state license as a COTA and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
