Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in Illinois. Working in SNF and long-term care settings, you will provide occupational therapy under supervision and support personalized care plans to improve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by state.
• Current licensure as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
