Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in SNF/Long-Term Care settings in Chicago, IL. You will deliver OT treatments under supervision and help implement personalized care plans to improve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current active license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
