Renewal Rehab in Greenfield, WI is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. Qualifications

Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
NBCOT COTA certification, if required by state.
Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
