Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will help restore independence and function, under the supervision of the OT and DOR, guiding patients through education, exercises, and activity modification to reach therapy goals.

The role requires an OTA license, an Associate’s degree, and solid computer skills to use EHR and other software. Full-time and part-time shifts are available on days at multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
• OTA license and current state license are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate goal achievement within a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function post-discharge through education and independent exercise programs.
• Work under supervision of the OT and Director of Rehabilitation to plan and adjust therapy activities.
