Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

As part of a growing team, you will contribute to quality outcomes, document progress, and coordinate with therapists and facility staff to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality treatment and functional outcomes.
• Help develop and implement OT treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients through all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document progress after visits.
• Maintain communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
