Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in Wellesley, MA. This role requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts and occasional weekends.

Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver patient treatments, document outcomes, and work with a diverse patient population from children to seniors. A sign-on bonus is available and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year experience.
• Certification: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA; Licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist, perform patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan.
• Document treatments and measurements with accuracy; maintain records.
• Work with patients from pediatric to geriatric with clinical competency.
• Ensure equipment is inspected and functioning prior to use.
