Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 40-hour-per-week staff position in Framingham, MA. The role pays $26-$41 per hour with a $15K sign-on bonus.

The OTA will work under a Registered Occupational Therapist, treating patients across the lifespan and documenting progress. Requirements include an Associate degree in OTA, COTA certification, state licensure as needed, and a background check with health screening.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant is required.
• COTA certification and licensure as required by state law.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of an OT, perform patient treatments per plan.
• Document treatments and measurements; maintain records.
• Work with patients from pediatric to geriatric; ensure equipment readiness.
• Complete required competencies within introductory period.
• Be available every other weekend and every other holiday.
