Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a role in Natick, Massachusetts. The position supports pediatric to geriatric patients under supervision and requires an OTA credential and licensure as applicable.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available and onboarding includes a background check and health screening. Shift is 8 hours daily, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend/holiday commitments.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Preferred: 1 year experience.
• EDUCATION: Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant or equivalent verified by an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist, performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan.
• Documents treatments given with frequent and objective measurements.
• Maintains documentation and ensures equipment is functioning before use.
