Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Familiar with industrial rehab and ergonomics.
• Hands: familiar with U/E hand dysfunction and injuries.
• COTA NB-COT certification or eligible upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment programs for patients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial dysfunction under supervision.
• Documents patient treatment according to laws, rules and professional standards.
• Submits charges for services and maintains communication with the treatment team for goal setting and discharge planning.
