Job summary

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center in Montoursville, PA, seeks a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team.

You will work with the OT to establish plans, assist residents with daily activities, and educate them on home exercises. We value collaborative care and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OTA program.
• Must hold PA OTA certification.
• Knowledge of OT principles, methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OT to develop rehabilitation plans.
• Assist residents in daily activities and use of equipment.
• Document treatments and progress in rehab software.
• Educate residents on home exercise programs.
