Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN for Wesley Woods in New Albany, OH. You will support residents with independence, complete documentation, and contribute to individualized therapy plans.

Requirements include an accredited OTA program graduate and Ohio OTA license; 1–2 years' related experience preferred. PRN schedule and a not-for-profit setting emphasize compassionate, team-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain patient records, including evaluating resident progress.
• Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy progress.
• Test and evaluate residents' physical and mental abilities to set rehab goals.
• Plan and implement programs and activities to help residents learn skills.

Education

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
