Sierra Valley Rehab Center in Porterville, CA is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our award-winning team delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a clean, modern facility.
You will work under the OT and care team to support treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning, while maintaining a safe, collaborative environment.
