Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time COTA for our Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff. Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will deliver rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments and help monitor progress.

• Under the direction of an occupational therapist, provides rehabilitative services to individuals with physical impairments. Monitors the patient's program and records progress for the occupational therapist.

Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Arizona Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 3 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Brain Injury Certification and Stroke Rehabilitation Certification. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, servingNorthern Arizona and surrounding areas. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

We are seeking a full-time COTA to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current licensure as a COTA required per state guidelines.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR card required.
