Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc.’s Central Park Rehabilitation Hospital of Denver is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a dedicated inpatient rehab team. Under OT supervision, you will provide rehabilitative services to patients recovering from neurological and orthopedic conditions, while helping monitor progress and align care with the hospital’s mission and guiding principles.

The role requires a current COTA license and CPR/BLS, with preferred 1 year of direct rehab

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a COTA required per state guidelines.
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR card required.
  • One year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of an occupational therapist, provides rehabilitative services to individuals with physical impairments.
  • Monitors the patient's program and records patient's progress for the occupational therapist.
  • Integrates the hospital’s mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.

is a 40-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the Denver metropolitan area. The hospital specializes in comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. Qualifications

Required Skills:


  • Current licensure as a COTA required per state guidelines.

  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR card required.

  • One year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
