Ernest Health, Inc.'s Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Arizona is seeking a full-time COTA in Flagstaff to work under the supervision of an occupational therapist, delivering rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments.

At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Northern Arizona and surrounding areas. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Under the direction of an occupational therapist, provides rehabilitative services to individuals with physical impairments. Monitors the patient's program and records patient's progress for the occupational therapist. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
