Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida Resort is looking for a hands-on Costume & Wardrobe Associate to keep uniforms organized and show-ready for our performers and team members behind the scenes. You’ll manage wardrobe logistics, laundry, repairs, and dressing support to help the park run smoothly for live shows, while coordinating with Entertainment and Park teams to ensure everyone has what they need.

This role requires punctuality, basic sewing skills, and comfort with standing, walking, and using wardrobe

Qualifications

• Experience in costume or wardrobe roles in theme parks, theatre, hotels, or entertainment environments is desirable.
• Studying theatre arts or costuming is a plus.
• Comfort with basic sewing and repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue uniforms to team members and ensure complete outfits for roles.
• Receive, count, organize, and store new uniform inventory.
• Record garments issued and returned using wardrobe software.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform Wardrobe Manager when supplies run low.
• Handle laundry: washing, drying, folding, organizing, and returning items.
• Keep costumes clean, organized, and ready for shows and characters.
• Assist with show costume setups and dressing roles as needed.
• Perform basic costume repairs (hemming, hand sewing).
• Maintain clean, organized wardrobe areas and optimize usage of space.
• Collaborate with Entertainment and Park teams to ensure supplies are available when needed.
