Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida Resort in Winter Haven, FL seeks an Entertainment Lead to oversee daily shows, events, and guest experiences, combining stage management with company leadership.

You will supervise performers, technicians, and support staff, maintain IP standards, and coordinate with production and security to deliver magical experiences for families.

Part-time/seasonal role with weekends, evenings, and holidays required; competitive hourly pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stage management, entertainment operations, or live event production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shows, experiences, and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for all assigned Entertainment shows, events, and experiences, ensuring artistic and technical integrity is always maintained.
• Maintain working knowledge of all show positions required for smooth and safe operation.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for performers, character teams, and technical staff, managing movement, coverage, and operational gaps.
• Ensure all entertainment offerings function consistent with IP standards.
• Complete administrative duties including scheduling, timekeeping and payroll support, performance tracking, and daily show reporting.
