Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida Resort is seeking a Costume & Wardrobe Associate to help keep our Wardrobe & Costume operation running smoothly. You will issue uniforms, manage inventory, launder and care for costumes, and assist with show setups to keep performers ready behind the scenes.

The role requires organization, basic sewing, comfort with computers and wardrobe software, and strong teamwork across Entertainment and Park departments. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in wardrobe or costume operations desirable but not required.
Theatre arts or costuming background is a plus.
Comfortable with basic sewing and repairs.

Responsibilities

Issue uniforms and ensure complete outfits for each role.
Receive, count, and store new uniform inventory.
Record garments issued and returned using wardrobe software.
Monitor inventory levels and inform Wardrobe Manager when low.
Handle laundry and keep costumes clean, organized, and ready for shows.
Assist with costume setups and dressing as needed.
Perform basic costume repairs (hemming, hand sewing).
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient Wardrobe area.
