Job summary

Weber State University is seeking a Costume Rental Agent to manage all costume rentals for the Costume Studio. You will meet with renting institutions, prepare rentals, handle billing paperwork, restock items, and keep storage organized.

The role includes the opportunity to instruct and supervise practicum students completing hours in the Studio. Applicants must be a current WSU student, majoring in Theatre with an emphasis on Costume Design, with at least 1 year in a costume shop and a 2.0+

Qualifications

• Must be a current WSU student.
• Theatre major with emphasis on Costume Design.
• Minimum 1 year working in a costume shop.
• Must have good customer service and organizational skills.
• Must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Manage all costume rentals for the Costume Studio, meeting with renters, preparing rentals, handling billing paperwork, restocking, and keeping storage organized.
• In addition, may instruct and supervise practicum students who sign up to complete hours in the Studio.
