Job summary

Tuacahn in Ivins, Utah, is seeking a Costume Aide Supervisor to work with the Costume Shop Manager and Alterations Supervisor. You will guide the Costume Aide team during build seasons, manage paperwork, label items, and ensure on-time delivery of costume components for each production.

Year-round responsibilities include off-season shop tasks, training materials, and inventory maintenance, with potential travel to LA shopping as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Costume Design Assistant experience.
• 1+ years professional garment fitting/construction experience.
• 5+ years of professional theatre/dance/opera experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Must have car and valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Help manage paperwork completion.
• Help put in barcodes and data labels into every item.
• Help set up show prep and backstage boards.
• Make sure fabric for shows gets prepped.
• Make sure all show information stays updated and input correctly.
• Alert Alteration Supervisor to any issues or notes that need approval.
