Job summary

Tuacahn in Ivins, UT seeks an experienced Alterations Supervisor to lead the Costume Shop Alterations team and ensure all costumes are precisely fitted for performances on Padre Canyon stages.

You'll work with the Costume Aide Supervisor and Shop Manager, oversee fittings, create standards, train stitchers, and maintain inventory while preparing for each build season and off-season tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional garment fitting/construction experience
• 5+ years of professional theatre/dance/opera experience
• Must have car and valid Driver License
• Ability to lift 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned fittings and pin alterations as needed
• Direct team of stitchers through notes from fittings
• Create and maintain shop standards and documentation
• Manage inventory and order shop supplies
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of shop daily
• Cross-train on Supervisor duties for coverage
