This position may potentially be Remote, can be located anywhere within the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the functional users of Costpoint with an understanding of Costpoint master data.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, policies & procedures relating to Costpoint functional support.
  • Support month-end close processes and understand and run batch processing.
  • All processes are designed to meet SOX, audit, and security requirements.
  • Work with IT to evaluate, escalate, and resolve defects within Costpoint.
  • Support upgrades through testing and troubleshooting before the application of system changes.
  • Support user questions via tickets, emails or phone conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in government contracting, equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Deltek Costpoint experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of front-end Costpoint screens, functions, and job processing.
  • Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with functional support for Costpoint. This includes system upgrades, planning, design, and SOX/Audits.
  • Understanding of PL/SQL scripts and queries, a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Some evenings and weekend work may be required.
