Job summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Cost Modeling Software and Integration Advisor to support Consular Affairs. The contractor will optimize CostPerform, enhance cost allocation, reporting, and integrate dynamic business rules to reflect evolving policies and operations.

The role focuses on transparency of resource use, expenditures, and service delivery costs at macro and micro levels, with up to 10 hours/week for a part-time advisory engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and active Secret security clearance.
• Direct experience using CostPerform software within a government context.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor for CostPerform.
• Assess current cost model architecture and maximize software capabilities.
• Develop recommendations to improve model efficiency, scalability and automation.
• Guide teams through implementing advanced software features and governance.
• Improve model granularity across organizational levels.
