Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of product costing experience in footwear.
• Strong Excel & Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with FlexPLM or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand profitability and margin expectations are met.
• Manage product costing process and business margin planning from brief stage to final salesman samples.
• Negotiate with partner factories and suppliers to meet seasonal target margin using manufacturing knowledge.
• Perform financial analysis and scenario planning for cross-functional teams to drive decisions and increase profitability.
• Build seasonal pre-costing for Development and Product teams to ensure new product development is commercial.
