The role requires 3–5 years in finance, strong Excel and financial modeling, and experience with SAP S4 Hana, Tableau, and related BI tools. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience at a reputable firm.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis on material costs to ensure correct tool valuation and reconciles weekly.
• Analyzes Production Order Material Variances and communicates with Operations to resolve issues.
• Supports World-Wide Operations with Finance attributes issues affecting transactions.
• Completes monthly/quarterly close processes including WIP, Finished Goods, and Inventory.
• Creates financial models and analyses to support gross margin reporting.
• Leads aged WIP reviews and reserve analysis.
• Leads balance sheet review meetings with finance controllers.
• Partners with business units to provide actionable analyses for decisions.
• Collaborates with internal auditors to address SOX requirements.
