Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, MIS, or related field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills a must.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools desired.

Responsibilities

• Understand data and reporting needs from a business perspective.
• Communicate requirements to BI team for automated reports and dashboards.
• Perform financial analysis of spend, revenue, PPV, and gross margin.
• Pull and summarize historical spend data by part/commodity/supplier.
• Analyze data from a financial perspective (P/L, costs, spend, revenue).
• Use Excel to summarize data by supplier/commodity/account manager.
• Create summarized tables, charts, and graphs in Excel.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides with visual charts and key takeaways.
• Interact with Account Managers to validate variances in cost and spend.
