Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in cost engineering, product development, manufacturing, or sourcing.
• Strong analytical skills with costing and BOM analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product cost estimates from concept through production.
• Prepare cost analyses to support design decisions and supplier negotiations.
• Evaluate product, tooling, packaging, and manufacturing costs for optimization.
• Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to balance cost, quality and performance.
• Participate in VA/VE activities to achieve target costs.
• Support cost publishing and reporting at key milestones.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to identify cost drivers and improvements.
• Assist in standardizing cost engineering methodologies and tools.
