Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented CIP/Cost Reduction specialist to manage project trackers, dashboards, and documentation while coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Management teams.

You will own savings calculations, reporting, and leadership reviews, track approvals and progress, and identify roadblocks to ensure timely realized savings across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in VAVE/cost reduction initiatives.
• Ability to perform savings calculations and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Proven project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, QA, and product mgmt.
• Leadership reporting and escalation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
