Job summary

Corning Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Reduction Analyst to drive global cost reduction reporting and data analytics across manufacturing sites. You will interpret savings data, validate projects, and communicate insights to leadership, partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing or engineering background, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and experience turning operational data into actionable cost insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, process improvement, analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly cost reduction reporting across global sites.
• Validate and maintain cost reduction project data against targets.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with Finance and site teams for savings validation.
• Communicate insights to leadership with clear data story.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.
