Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking an Expense Control and Continuous Improvement Manager to support the General Manager and operations in cost control and accountability for all targets. A strong accounting/systems background and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years of directly related experience required.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drives the team in achieving annual budget.
• Leads the effort to identify cost savings ideas and tracks actual savings.
• Partners with plant management and divisional teams for cost savings initiatives.
• Works with corporate and other plant expense control managers to share best practices.
• Utilizes Qlikview to support and track plant KPIs (management targets).
• Drives process improvement using various tools.
• Develops and guides 5S programs, ensuring engagement in JBS meetings.
