Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost consultancy services for complex capital projects across manufacturing, industrial and commercial sectors.

You will lead estimating, cost reporting, and change control, mentor junior team members, and ensure value engineering and risk management are applied to client projects. Degree in a related field and 3–5 years of cost management experience required; RICS accreditation valuable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client-facing skills are required.
• Experience advising on cost management and value engineering.
• Ability to manage bidding, vendor prequalification and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project estimates including construction costs and fees.
• Establish cost reporting schedules and maintain risk registers.
• Oversee change orders and contractor entitlements; manage invoicing processes.
