Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major multi-phase data center program. You will assist with cost planning, budgeting, reporting, and commercial coordination on a fast-moving site.

The role requires 3-5+ years in cost management and strong knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP disciplines, with a focus on value engineering and cost optimization. On-site presence with potential client interface responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–5+ years cost management or project controls experience.
• Experience supporting medium- to large-scale construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update cost plans, budgets, and estimates.
• Assist in monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and executive summaries.
• Gather and validate cost data from designers, contractors and vendors.
• Maintain cost records, benchmarks and databases for improvement.
• Support procurement activities, including takeoffs and pricing reviews.
• Assist with final accounts and commercial closeout.
• Manage change-management processes: review, validate, track and reconcile changes.
• Monitor cost-control logs and variances; support cost-to-complete reviews.
