Universal Orlando is seeking a Manager, Cost- Project Hire to perform financial analysis, budgeting and reporting for a defined operational area. This role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with operating divisions and executive leadership.

The position involves month-end close, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives, with responsibilities spanning ad hoc analytics and maintenance of spend codes.

Qualifikationen

• AA degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years relevant Finance experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform month-end duties including journal entries, reconciliations and reports in a timely manner.
• Review net income statements and perform variance analysis with commentary to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate all costs and assist in annual operating budgets and quarterly estimates (LEs).
• Maintain active relationships with operating divisions; prepare and present monthly variance reports to executive leadership.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and assist with charge codes for spend.
• Participate in EH&S responsibilities per policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
