Linesight is seeking a Cost Lead to guide seasoned teams on high-stakes construction projects. You will drive cost management, oversee valuations and reporting, and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.

This remote role requires travel to project sites, including Northern Chicago, IL, and offers a competitive salary range. Responsibilities include leading tender processes, change management, and settlements of disputes where necessary, with a focus on disciplined cost

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on mission critical projects such as Pharma or similar.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients, partners and team.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Lead the change management process.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.

The Salary Range for this position is $125,000.00 USD - $175,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent upon experience, education and skillset.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
