Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking an experienced Inventory Accountant to ensure an efficient inventory close and provide valuable business insights. You will maintain item master data accuracy, investigate variance accounts, create inventory adjustments, and generate monthly reports with strong Excel proficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in cost/inventory accounting, solid ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics), and the ability to collaborate across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2+ years of cost and/or inventory accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Lookup, Match, Pivot tables, data organization).
• Experience with an ERP or financial reporting and control system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ability to build strong internal/external relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete assigned tasks as part of the close process.
• Maintain standard costs in the ERP system and provide proper support.
• Track, reconcile, and analyze production order transactions for accurate valuation.
