Haulotte Bil-Jax is seeking a hands-on Cost & Finance Accountant to support the Scaffolding Division in Archbold, OH. You will analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, profitability, and forecasting while partnering with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to improve cost visibility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of accounting experience with strong manufacturing cost expertise.

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, WIP, manufacturing variances, and COGS.
• Experience with month-end close and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Manufacturing Cost Accounting Experience Required

Haulotte Bil-Jax is seeking a hands-on Cost & Finance Accountant to support our Scaffolding Division. This role partners closely with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, profitability, forecasting, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing, manufacturing variances, PPV, and product profitability analysis.
• Oversee inventory accounting, WIP, cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory controls.
• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, account analysis, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Develop financial reporting and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and ERP data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.

• Ability to work closely with manufacturing and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Controller, Plant Controller, Cost Accounting Manager, or Senior Cost Accountant experience.
• Manufacturing ERP experience (Epicor preferred).
• Power BI experience.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
