We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Estimator (Infrastructure & Scheduling) to join our New York, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Provide project scheduling and cost estimating support to Project Managers to help meet contract schedules and budgets.
• Prepare construction cost estimates by analyzing quantity take-offs, pricing, and specifications.
• Develop estimates, change orders, and reports for management.
• Prepare daily/weekly project budgets and schedules.
• Develop critical path schedules using contractor experience.
• Update estimates as needed.
• Support contract change orders, manpower plans, and construction claims analysis.
• Coordinate with and guide junior professionals and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline plus five years' relevant experience, or two years' experience with a Master's degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software; knowledge of building systems and construction pricing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Primavera, Microsoft Projects, CAD Measure, and cost estimating systems preferred.

Additional Information
