Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Cost Estimator to support NAVFAC Northwest in Silverdale, WA. You will provide construction cost estimating and technical support for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects.

Responsibilities include developing facility cost estimates, performing takeoffs, conducting cost/schedule/risk analyses, and reviewing project deliverables. U.S. citizen with valid driver's license required; background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience preparing basis-of-cost documentation and construction quantity takeoffs.
• Experience with industry/market research, crew projections, and cost/schedule/risk analysis.
• Experience conducting constructability reviews and life-cycle cost analyses.
• Demonstrated knowledge of broad-based engineering principles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to successfully complete required background and security screening.
• Minimum of three (3) years of applicable construction estimating experience required.

Job description

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking a Cost Estimator to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest (NAVFAC Northwest), Planning Design and Construction Directorate, Design Division (PDC4) in Silverdale, WA.

The Cost Estimator will provide construction cost estimating and technical support for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects throughout the NAVFAC Northwest Area of Responsibility.

What You’ll Do:
