Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking an Interior Designer to support NAVFAC Northwest in Silverdale, WA. You will provide design technical support for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects and develop finish schedules, plans, boards, and furniture layouts.

Role requires Revit proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. You must be a US citizen with a valid driver's license and pass background/security screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of facilities interior design experience.
• Experience developing room finish schedules, finish plans, finish boards, and furniture plans.
• Experience with furniture planning, best-value determinations, and collateral equipment coordination.
• Revit design experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• U.S. citizen and valid driver's license.
• Able to complete required background and security screening.
• CIDA-accredited interior design program or equivalent.
• NCIDQ certification or applicable state licensure, certification, or registration.

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking an Interior Designer to support the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest (NAVFAC Northwest), Planning Design and Construction Directorate, Design Division (PDC4) in Silverdale, WA.

The Interior Designer will provide design technical support for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects throughout the NAVFAC Northwest Area of Responsibility.

What You'll Do:

• Provide interior design support for new construction and renovation projects.
• Develop room finish schedules, finish plans, finish boards, and furniture plans.
• Support best-value determinations and collateral equipment coordination.

What You Bring:

• Must not be affiliated with a furniture dealership, vendor, or manufacturer.
• Minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience required.
