Job summary

HTU seeks a Preconstruction role focused on supporting senior staff with budget development, pricing, and document control. You will help in the buyout phase, maintain estimating databases, perform quantity surveys, and support project planning and sales efforts.

No formal experience is required, though estimating experience or internships during education are preferred. A four-year engineering degree or equivalent training, LEED accreditation or willingness to obtain it, and MS Office

  • LEED accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
