Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation seeks a cost control professional to manage project cost tracking, budgets, forecasts, and earned value reporting for assigned projects.

You will collaborate with field engineers, project managers and directors; develop cost code structures; monitor variances; and assist with change orders, reconciliations, and cash flow projections. Strong Excel skills and JD Edwards/Vision CPM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of cost control experience with exposure to Earned Value concepts (EVM).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with JD Edwards required.
• Experience with Vision CPM required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project cost tracking, budget/forecast and earned value reporting.
• Collaborates with field engineers, project managers and project directors to maintain cost performance data.
• Develops and maintains cost code structures per EVM requirements.
• Calculates EV metrics (EV, PV, AC) and performance indices (CPI, SPI) monthly.
