The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Controller to join our cost control team in the United States. You will manage project cost tracking, budgets, forecasts and earned value reporting to support leadership decisions.
You will work closely with field engineers, project managers and directors to ensure accurate data and timely reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining EVMS-compliant cost codes, calculating EV/MV, CPI and SPI monthly, reconciling data across systems,

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Employment Conditions: 2 years of experience in cost control, with exposure to EVM concepts, Proficient in Excel, Experience with JD Edwards required, Experience with Vision CPM required
Employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to use fingers to grasp, move and manipulate small objects. The employee must have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must have the ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand and understand the speech of another person. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The work environment will consist of low levels of noise (i.e., typical office).
