Job summary

A top-rated construction company is seeking a cost engineer to assist in preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of construction estimating or preconstruction experience. As a cost engineer on our team, you will assist in preparing budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Key duties include conducting quantity takeoffs, managing multiple projects, developing cost strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
