Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contractor change orders and validating pricing.
• Ability to evaluate scope changes and challenge costs when needed.
• Collaborates with project team members to resolve pricing issues.
• Uses Excel for cost tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate contractor change order requests related to structural, architectural, and cleanroom scopes.
• Analyze labor, material, and subcontractor cost impacts of changes.
• Verify drawings, specifications, RFIs, and contract documents for justification of changes.
• Track change order costs, budget impacts, and approvals using Excel.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, contractors, and Project Controls to resolve pricing discrepancies and negotiate values.
