Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Cost Controller to enforce rigorous financial governance across all project phases and lead supplier payment,PO and change control processes.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, and coordinating with project leadership to ensure compliance with governance standards. A strong ERP and Excel skillset is required along with 7+ years in cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cost control, project controls, or commercial management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) for purchase orders, receipts, invoicing, and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier payment processes, invoices, accruals, and certification.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Coordinate change management, COR cost estimates, and budget updates with project leadership.
• Maintain financial registers and ensure PO compliance and governance standards.
• Produce monthly forecast variance analyses and YTD budget comparisons.
